What we need from you.

If you are interested in attending the formal dance, please mail us your registration forms. Below is a PDF file you are able to download.

* Cost of the dance is $35 a person

Note:Parents cost is $10 per person

Note: please let me know if you have allergies and will not be eating-cost may very

The dance will be open to students ages 13 and up. Parents are encouraged to come as guests at the dance as well.

Registration will be open to the first one-hundred and fifteen people. If you are unable to make it into the first 100 people we will keep your name and send you an email if space opens up.
